My goal for every service with my guest is to have them leaving feeling their best , relaxed and beautiful. 🤍 Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Deposits & Booking • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits go toward your final service total. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits are non-transferable within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated cancellations may require prepayment in full for future bookings. ⸻ Late Arrivals • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. • If rescheduling is required due to lateness, a new deposit will be required. Please plan accordingly to ensure we have the full time needed to achieve your desired result. ⸻ Extension Services • All extension services require a consultation prior to booking. • Extension hair purchases are final sale. • Proper at-home care is required to maintain longevity and results. I am not responsible for issues caused by improper home care, use of non-recommended products, swimming, excessive heat, or chemical alterations done elsewhere. ⸻ Adjustments Your satisfaction matters. If you feel something needs adjustment, you must notify me within 5 days of your appointment. Adjustment appointments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service. Adjustments do not apply if: • You have altered your hair elsewhere • You have used box dye or at-home toners • Improper care instructions were followed Adjustments are for refining the original goal discussed at consultation — not for a complete change of direction. ⸻ Refund Policy Due to the time, expertise, and custom nature of all services, refunds are not offered on services rendered or extension hair purchased. If there is a concern, I am happy to assess and provide an adjustment within the policy window listed above. ⸻ Chemical History Disclosure Full honesty about your hair history is required. Failure to disclose prior color, box dye, chemical treatments, or previous extension installations may affect results and void adjustment eligibility. ⸻ Health & Sensitivity Please notify me prior to your appointment of any scalp sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect your service. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service if: • Hair integrity does not allow for safe execution • Expectations are unrealistic • Policies are not respected My goal is to protect the health of your hair and maintain a professional, respectful environment.

All no shows or cancellations within the 24 hour period will be charged a 50% fee. Any service that has a required deposit that has been paid upon booking online will NOT be refunded if client no shows or cancels.
